How you get Engineer Cameraman

How to play it
Treat Engineer Cameraman as a carry candidate, not as a minion factory copied from another game. In Alliance Tower Defense you still place a body and spend match cash to max it. If the kit later summons helpers, that is extra. It does not cancel place-then-max. Strategy.
- Take it to 1-player Easy City first. If it cannot hold a funnel when it is the only spender, it is not your carry yet. Keep Cameraman as the farm tool.
- If it holds, it can replace or sit beside Cameraman on a second pad — one cash sink at a time until both are affordable. Team Builds.
- Leave Auto Skip off until upgrades are paid. Hard queues punish Engineer greed the same way they punish Cameraman greed.
- Only then bring it to Medium Mode, Crazy Mode, Insane Mode, or Hard Mode. New maps such as Camera Lab still start on Easy with the boring maxable body.
Jobs vocabulary: Units and Roles. If Engineer is your carry, Cameraman becomes the cheap second pad. If Engineer is your second pad, Cameraman (or Large Scientist) stays the first max.

On the Tier List this wiki will not print DPS. Engineer Cameraman is A as a teaching/hard-queue carry when you can max it, B/C if it only works beside an already-maxed funnel, D if it starves cash. Best units remains the Cameraman / Large Scientist / TV Titan classroom. Engineer is the extra named early body from hard coverage.
Patches can cool it off. Official copy still says weekly updates. Recheck Updates and New units after a Speakerman showcase week — new chase titans do not automatically bench Engineer if Engineer is the only body you can fund.

Session mistakes that look like a bad Engineer
Placing Engineer and Cameraman on wave one and skipping. That is two hungry copies. Max one. If skip is stolen, you are on a populated 35-player server. Leave. Queue 1-player. Multiplayer.
Mobile lag looks like a weak tower. Drop graphics before the match. Controls and UI if you cannot find upgrade because the HUD shifted.
A title 1.5x on 30 August 2026 (visits past 6.91 million) raises income for the same clear. It does not change the kit. Farm City if Hard still leaks. Events and passes, Coin farming.
After you own it
Keep it in the lineup while it is maxable. Bench it only when the replacement can also be maxed this match. Pair coverage such as TV Titan, Titan Speakerman, or DJ Speakerman only after the Engineer (or Cameraman) funnel is paid.
